How to use it
1 Cleanse & Prepare
Wipe the lash line and lid margin with a Cleansing Wipe, both eyes, once daily. This clears surface debris so heat in Step 3 can reach the blockage directly.
2 Calm & Prime
Spray the Soothing Spray directly onto closed eyelids, 1-2 sprays per eye - this helps reduce inflammation. Let it sit for a few seconds before moving to Step 3.
3 Heat & Express
Glide the wand vertically along the lower lid, upward toward the lid margin, and along the upper lid, downward toward the margin, guiding oil out through the gland opening rather than sideways. Hold each lid for 4-5 minutes at 40°C+.

How often should I reorder?
The spray (10ml, 120-150 sprays) lasts about 30-40 days with daily use. Each wipes pack has 20 wipes - about 20 days when used once daily. The combo tiers are sized so you don't run out mid-routine.
Are these the same products from my original kit?
